Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. While we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be shipped back to our international return center in Vietnam.

 


 

Online Purchases: Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible products purchased online, provided they meet the conditions below.

Regular Priced Merchandise

  • Returns: Within 14 days of the shipping date, you may return your item at your own expense for a full refund to the original payment method. Between 15 and 30 days, merchandise may be returned for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund or credit and placing a new order.

Sale Merchandise

  • Items discounted less than 50% may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date for store credit.

  • Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • A valid receipt or packing slip must be included.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.

  • Swimwear must have hygienic liners intact.

Final Sale Items — Not Returnable or Exchangeable:

  • Items discounted 50% or more

  • Intimates, shapewear, and hosiery

  • Face masks

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards (except where required by law)

 


 

Returns by Payment Method

  • Gift Cards: Refunds for items purchased with gift cards will be returned as digital merchandise credit.

  • PayPal: Items must be mailed back to qualify for a PayPal refund. In-store returns are not available.

  • Klarna: Returns mailed back to us will be refunded to your Klarna account. Any remaining Klarna installments may still apply.

 


 

How to Return an Online Purchase by Mail

All returns must be mailed at the customer’s expense to our return processing center in Vietnam. You may choose the courier service of your preference; however, we recommend using a trackable shipping option.

Steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to “Order History.” Select the order and click “Return Items.”

  2. Fill out the return form and confirm the items to be returned.

  3. Package your items securely and include the packing slip or a copy of your return confirmation.

  4. Ship the package to the following address:

    [Street Address]
    [District/Ward]
    Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Important:

  • One package per order return. If returning items from different orders, contact Customer Support.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

 


 

Processing Timeline Once your return is received at our Vietnam facility, please allow 10–15 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
